My name is Sakthi and I've been an athirst reader and active writer for as long as I can remember. I loved reading and journaling without knowing what actually it is at the age of ten. My love for stories has transformed from listening to folklores to reading the Ramayana and Sherlock Holmes. After travelling with the warrior prince and the curly haired-detective, I was hooked. Ever since then, I’m experiencing the magic of books every day.

 

Currently, I am a 20 something quirky undergrad pursuing Mathematics. When I am not reading books and blogging, you would find me solving math equations, drinking tea, sketching and searching for like-minded souls who can't get enough of reading. Despite being a Crime/Thriller fanatic, I read a variety of books. I am a person who believes that a pen is mightier than a sword. The Bookist is my way of sharing my love for books and a small initiative on my side to make people read more while helping them to maintain the habit. In addition to reviews and recommendations, keep an eye out for tips/articles on almost everything. Enough of me!
